The centralized portal for all DPW Customer online activities.

As of June 17th, 2024, your DPW Account has been updated. New and returning customers should follow the instructions below to access their new profile.

What's New:

Username: Your Username has now been replaced by your email address. Returning customers should sign in using their registered email address.

Password: If you had an account
before the update, you must reset your password using the "Forgot your password" link underneath the sign in button.

Activation code: New customers must sign up using their Activation code. Customers can find their 8 character Activation code on the first page of their bill or on the second page of their New Customer Welcome Letter. The activation code in your old bills will not be valid. Please wait for the new bill to show up or contact the customer service to get the new activation code.
